Window World installed 5 windows, including one large picture window at our home. The installer, Nick, was on time, informing us by text that he was on his way, and did an excellent job of installation. He did this in 95 degree heat too! The windows look absolutely wonderful. The window slides are smooth and quiet, with safety features. Customer service was very helpful and supportive, thanks Heather!. Would definitely buy windows from them again.

Received several bids for window replacement. All around the same amount 1 bid was 4 times everyone else. I went with window world because they control the entire process. The process went way quicker than I expected it to. I have only had them in for a short time but they are a vast improvement over the original windows. I highly recommend window world.

My installer Colton did a very good job and was professional and answered all my questions. I saw a couple of minor flaws on the windows and Colton took care of the ones he could and filled out a service order for the ones that he could not repair. I will follow up when those repairs are completed. But very happy with the windows so far!

I installed windows a few years ago and all went well. It was a long wait, but they were upfront about the wait, installed in the timeframe they said, and pricing was impeccable. Recently I sold the place and a window had an issue. They sent someone out and fixed it super quickly. Additionally they were really helpful and friendly in extending the warranty to the next owners.

Shout out to Ian and Noah! (And another installer who joined the first day, sorry I don't remember his name). The crew was kind, funny, and communicative. When our patio door was removed we noticed some wiring issues that needed repaired before install. They worked with us to come back the next day and finish the job. They took extra care to close up, secure and insulate the area before leaving. It was obvious they had a good working relationship as well, which is great to see from a company. They did great work and cleaned up after themselves. I'd recommend this company for other projects.
