Had two windows replaced. He was on time as planned. Did the job well, cleaned up, and provided instructions on had the windows worked. The windows I replaced were on the 2nd level. It took him around 4 hours to place both. Haven't had windows replaced before, so it seems like a good installation time.

door. Quite a refreshing change after the pressure campaign that Champion tried to bludgeon me with during their quote. Nick K. did an amazing job on the installation, which was a challenge given the 60+ year nature of the original windows and frames and the uneven brick exterior he was working with. Three months later and I’m still thrilled with the results. Excellent product, excellent work, excellent price, excellent warranty, and excellent team. I’ll be a return customer when I’m ready to replace my basement windows and I’ll be asking for Kirk and Nick. Appreciate the good work and pleasant disposition gentlemen!

Every step of the window buying experience was made easy with Window World. Kirk came out to walk the property with me and answer any questions I had about purchasing/maintaining the windows. The man knows EVERYTHING about windows. Then, once the windows were ready to be installed; Fernando was sent out by seemingly the Lord himself. He somehow possess both the strength to install those windows alone and the grace to seal them without imperfections. I’ve included a screenshot of the old windows and a few pictures of the new windows (ignore the siding, project for another day).
