Thank you for the wonderful and externally fast service! Today I noticed one of my windows was not opening easy. I call and spoke with Paulette who was extremely helpful. I explained the situation to her and she said let me check the schedule to see when someone would be in our area. She placed me on a brief hold and came back to say Austin was on his way there now. I was happily suprised. Austin showed up within 10 minutes. He had the parts he needed in his pocket and fixed my window in less than 15 minutes. I just can't say enough about Paulette and Austin's great service today. Thank you both and thanks to Window World for your great service.

Had 13 windows replaced in a day and a 1/2 with absolute perfection. Fernando, Luiz and co. were communicative, professional, polite and an absolute joy to work with. Love the clean as you go process they use. Also Todd our salesman was straight forward and answered all of our questions. Only issue we have is window world’s policy to not do final glass clean once installation is complete. Fernando did it anyways for us. Ridiculous and needs to be corrected. Highly recommend Window World!

Colton was extremely professional and considerate, expertly performing his craft with precision and timing, while sprinkling humor between explaining his goals and overall technique. He managed to install a window while repairing two others and a door in just as many hours, blending them into the home in such a manor that they appeared natural; as if they had always been apart of the home, albeit a far superior upgrade to the original fixtures. It was as if he had the blueprints or was in the architects mind. He left nothing behind, no evidence of his presence on the property, except perfection. My only regret in his work is that I cannot give him a sixth star, but can only give him the highest of praises in this review. Thank you, Colton!
